What is the turnaround time for edited photos?
Standard turnaround for all photography sessions is 48 hours for your fully edited, high-resolution gallery. Rush delivery (24-hour) is available at an additional cost. Weddings and large events may have a slightly extended turnaround — this is confirmed during your booking process.
What video formats does Square 4 Media deliver?
All productions are delivered as 4K MP4 files (H.264/H.265 codec) via a private download link. We also provide a social media-optimized export (vertical and square formats) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook at no additional cost.
How long does video editing take after the shoot?
Standard turnaround for highlight reels (1–3 minutes) is 5–7 business days. Full wedding films and longer feature videos (10+ minutes) require 14–21 days. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost — discuss this during your booking.
